Aciloc Injection contains Ranitidine (25 mg/ml or 50 mg/2 ml), which is a histamine H₂ receptor antagonist (H₂ blocker) that reduces stomach acid production. It is used when oral administration is not possible, especially in severe acid-related conditions requiring immediate acid suppression.
