About Pyrigesic 1000 mg Tablet
Pyrigesic 1000 mg Tablet is a member of the class of medications known as antipyretics (agents that lower fever) and analgesics (drugs that relieve pain), which are used to treat mild to moderate fever. In addition, it helps with rheumatic, back, muscle, toothache, menstruation, and headache and migraine discomfort. A fever and pain are brought on by the body’s natural substances, such as prostaglandin, activating pain receptors.

Pyrigesic 1000 mg Tablet reduces pain by preventing the brain’s creation of prostaglandins, which are specific chemical messengers. Additionally, Pyrigesic 1000 mg Tablet lowers fever by acting on the hypothalamus heat-regulating centre, a region of the brain that controls body temperature.

Patients Concern
Glossary of Disease/Condition

Pain is a general term for any unpleasant sensation or pain. It happens as a result of either prolonged stimulation (in headaches or migraines) or nerve injury (in backache, toothache, or muscle pain situations). The intensity of pain varies based on the underlying cause.

Fever is defined as an unnatural rise in body temperature brought on by an infection, chemotherapy, or other medical problems. A body temperature of 98.6°F is considered normal; if it exceeds 100.4°F (38°C), it is referred to as pyrexia or fever. In order to protect the body from illness or other issues, body temperature rises. One of the most typical causes of fever is the flu.
