It’s important for those who have a cold or cough to stay hydrated. If you’re coughing, sneezing, or have a runny nose, drink room temperature liquids.
Stress weakens the immune system and increases the likelihood of illness. To reduce stress, use deep breathing, meditation, frequent exercise, and progressive muscle relaxation.
Steer clear of recognised allergens (things that cause allergies), like dust, pollen, and other things.
Keep yourself tidy and your surroundings maintained.
Nasal congestion: When nasal passages swell due to an overabundance of mucus and fluid, nasal congestion—also referred to as a stuffy nose—occurs. Hay fever, allergies, benign nasal passage tumours, nasal polyps (non-cancerous growths), environmental irritants, and persistent sinus infections are some of the conditions that can cause nasal congestion. In addition, diseases, perfumes, and tobacco smoke may cause it.
