Cilaheart-TC 12.5 mg Tablet 10’s is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke in adults. Cilaheart-TC 12.5 mg Tablet 10’s contains Chlorthalidone, Cilnidipine, and Telmisartan used to treat high blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic (water tablet) that increases the removal of excess water and certain salts, such as sodium and potassium, from the blood. This removal of water from blood reduces the fluid volume circulating through blood vessels and improves blood flow. Cilnidipine and Telmisartan relax and widen blood vessels. Thus, Cilaheart-TC 12.5 mg Tablet 10’s lowers high blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart problems.

Directions for Use
Take Cilaheart-TC 12.5 mg Tablet 10’s with food to avoid stomach upset or take it as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it.
