Composition:

Each Arney 50 Tablet contains Sildenafil Citrate 50 mg, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor.

Uses:

Arney 50 Tablet is primarily used for:

• Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Helps men achieve and maintain an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): In some cases, it is used to treat high blood pressure in the lungs.

Mechanism of Action:

Sildenafil works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which helps relax blood vessels and improve blood flow to certain areas of the body, particularly the penile region. This enhances erectile function in response to sexual stimulation.

Dosage & Administration:

• For Erectile Dysfunction: Take one tablet (50 mg) 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. The effect can last up to 4-6 hours.
• For PAH: Dosage should be taken as per a doctor’s prescription.
• Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours.
• Take with or without food, but high-fat meals may delay the onset of action.
